For over a year, we researched obsessively. Temperament charts. Energy levels. Grooming needs. “Is this breed okay for our lifestyle?” at 1am. We didn’t just want a dog, we wanted to give a dog the best possible life.

Because love isn’t enough. Compatibility matters.

When we finally brought our own dog home, everything changed. The joy. The chaos. The muddy paws. The happiness we didn’t know we were missing.

And we kept thinking:

“I wish this kind of resource existed when we were researching.”

So we built it.

Doggopedia is for future dog parents, curious dog lovers, and anyone who wants to choose thoughtfully, not impulsively.

Every dog has their own personality. But breeds have patterns. Needs. Tendencies. Understanding them helps you build a life that works for both of you.
